1. Overview

Kliken provides automated and semi-automated digital advertising services that enable Customers to create, configure, optimize, analyze, and manage advertising campaigns across supported Advertising Platforms. The Services operate primarily through software systems, automated processes, machine-learning models, and platform integrations.

2. Core Service Components

The Services may include:

  • Campaign Setup – automated or guided configuration of advertising campaigns, ad groups, audiences, placements, and budgets.
  • Automated Optimization – machine-learning and rule-based optimization of bids, delivery strategies, product feeds, and campaign settings.
  • Catalog & Feed Processing – ingestion, transformation, categorization, deduplication, and error handling for Customer product catalogs or listings.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics – dashboards, reporting, insights, and visualizations derived from platform data and internal models.
  • Platform Integrations – connections to ecommerce systems, CMS platforms, and Advertising Platforms for data synchronization and event transmission.
  • AI-Driven Recommendations – predictive modeling and optimization suggestions generated by automated systems.
  • Support Resources – help center guides, automated troubleshooting, and limited human assistance.

3. Integrations

Kliken integrates with third-party ecommerce platforms, CMS systems, and Advertising Platforms. Integration availability and functionality vary by region, platform APIs, partner program rules, Customer account type, and product tier. Kliken does not guarantee that all features of any Advertising Platform will be accessible through the Services.

4. Service Availability & Dependencies

Service availability may depend on platform API availability, Customer-maintained integrations, Customer platform account approvals, and partner program requirements. Advertising Platforms may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If such changes impact the Services, Kliken may modify or discontinue associated functionality.

5. Support

Support included within the Services may consist of: help center articles and documentation, automated troubleshooting, email or chat-based assistance, and limited guidance on platform errors. Support is not a substitute for manual campaign management, advisory services, or agency services. No specific response times or service levels are guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Exclusions

The Services explicitly do not include:

  • Manual, daily, or ongoing campaign management
  • Advertising agency services or PPC account management
  • Guaranteed performance or outcomes
  • Legal, tax, or compliance advice
  • Custom development unless expressly agreed in writing
  • Resolution of advertising platform policy violations or enforcement actions
  • Guarantees regarding platform uptime, APIs, or policy stability
