Sitewit Corp, a Florida corporation doing business as Kliken (“Kliken,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), has appointed DataRep as its official representative in the European Union, United Kingdom, and Switzerland in accordance with:
- Article 27 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Article 13 of the Digital Services Act (DSA)

2. Scope of Representation
DataRep acts as Kliken’s designated contact point for:
- Data subjects located in the European Union, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
- Supervisory authorities and regulators under GDPR and the Digital Services Act
DataRep facilitates communications but does not determine the purposes or means of processing personal data and does not act as Kliken’s Data Protection Officer.
3. Digital Services Act (DSA) Contact Point
For matters relating to the Digital Services Act, including regulatory inquiries, DataRep serves as Kliken’s EU contact point pursuant to Article 13 of the DSA. Accepted languages: English.
